We are currently offering $10 flat rate shipping on all orders in Australia! FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for all orders over $150!

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. During holiday and sale periods, this time period could be longer so please choose express shipping if needing yours in a short timeframe. Please allow 5-8 business days (from date of dispatch) for delivery of your order (depending on your location – rural WA and NT can be slower).

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, we do! Express shipping is $14.95. Express orders will be dispatched the next business day via Australia Post express. Delivery time will be 1-3 business days Australia wide from date of dispatch. **please see above for COVID-19 shipping delay info**

Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number via an automatically generated email from Australia Post as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. If for some reason you don’t receive your tracking email, please contact me ASAP and I’ll forward it onto you.

RETURNS

Our individual handcrafted pieces are perfectly imperfect so there may be the chance of slight variation to the image supplied as no two pieces are the same. This is not a fault, simply the unique characteristics of the individual piece, however, we understand that sometimes your purchase may require a return or exchange. If the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a return or exchange. We understand this is particularly important in times of uncertainty such as the current climate of Covid-19 restrictions.

Simply fill in the form on our Contact Us page and we will contact you with next step instructions. Returns must be applied for within 7 days of purchase.

Please note – change of mind returns (where the item is not faulty/damaged but being returned simply due to a change of mind) are to be sent back at customer’s expense.

No refunds on postage unless there was a delay in dispatch.
